REACH helpdesk

EBOTA has teamed up with The Yordas Group to provide a REACH and CLP helpdesk service for the benefit of our members.

Each Member will receive three hours per quarter of free consultancy advice via the helpdesk; thereafter Members will have access to additional consultancy at a rate of £140/hour. All communications will be documented and, where exceeding the first three hours, invoiced direct to members on a quarterly basis.

Designated individuals within each Member organisation will be able to access the helpdesk service via a secure on-line portal, a dedicated email address, or via landline phone (accessible between 9:00 and 17:00 UK time). Target response time will be within 2 working days. Communication will remain secure and confidential to each member.

To get started, all you need to do is:

  1. Login to the Members' area of the site and contact The Yordas Group using the contact details provided. You’ll need to assign an administrator in your organisation, who will ensure the usage and access for your company is managed.
  2. Provide a list of individuals who are authorized to use the service within your company.

Designated individuals will then be ready to submit questions to the helpdesk via the same contact details.
