Helpdesk
REACH HELPDESK AND SUPPORTEBOTA has teamed up with Anthesis, being specialist consultants, to provide: (i) a REACH and CLP helpdesk; (ii) training sessions; and (iii) a set of REACH FAQs, for the benefit of our Members.
This service is designed to support Members with expert guidance relating to regulatory compliance and best practices.
Designated individuals within each Member organisation will be able to access the helpdesk service via flexible communication options (including email, phone and Microsoft Teams). The helpdesk service will be managed by a dedicated Principal Consultant supported by several colleagues.
The target response time will be within 2 working days. Communications will remain secure and confidential to each Member. Anthesis will maintain records of assistance provided, so as to ensure transparency.
